  • ONS 50th Annual Congress is taking place at the Colorado Convention Center. View the floor plan.
  • The Learning Hall is located in Halls D-F on the upper level of the Colorado Convention Center.
  • The main entrance to the hall is labeled 'ENTRANCE’ at the bottom of the floor plan leading into Hall D.
  • The ONS Campus is located in the right center of the Learning Hall and is labeled as such.
  • Presentation theaters are labeled and are reserved for exhibitor non-CNE presentations during Learning Hall hours. These are hard-wall structures.
  • Patient Advocacy booths are located on the left-hand side of the Learning Hall marked ‘PATIENT ADVOCACY PAVILION’. To qualify as a Patient Advocacy Booth your organization must provide proof of 501(c)(3) status. Patient Advocacy organizations are those that provide resources and support for patients, survivors, and care providers. Eligibility for this rate is subject to ONS approval. All companies that qualify for this rate must select space in this pavilion.
  • Hospital Nurse Recruitment booths are located on the back left-hand side of the Learning Hall marked ‘CAREER FAIR PAVILION’. All companies that contract at this booth type must select space in this pavilion.
  • The ‘ZEN DEN’ is located at the back of the Learning Hall. Fun and relaxing activities for the nurses will take place in this area.
  • The ‘ONS HALL OF HISTORY’ is located at the back of the Learning Hall.
  • The ‘TRANSFORMING TOMORROW’ is located at the back of the Learning Hall.
  • The large square black icons indicate columns that vary in size.
  • Each booth square is a 10’x10’ booth and may be combined with others to form larger booths. Two booths may be combined vertically to form a 10’x20’, not horizontally (no end cap booths).
  • All aisles are 10’ wide. When combining booths, you may not cross into any aisle marked as ‘mandatory.’
  • ONS does not require booth approvals; however, please follow the IAEE Guidelines & Regulations.

Shepard is the official decorator of this event. Please find the Exhibitor Services Kit HERE. It is composed of ONS Show Management Forms, Shepard Forms, Housing and Registration information, and Utilities and Additional Services for your ordering needs.

If you are a previous exhibitor with Shepard Expo, your username is your email address & your password remains unchanged from your previous log in. If you are a new exhibitor, you will need to create an account.

Registration & Housing Information

Registration

Maritz is the official provider for registration and housing, and exhibitor badge registration and housing are integrated into one website. Confirmed exhibitors may register for badges and reserve hotel rooms by visiting the exhibitor portal. Once you access the website, you will be prompted to enter/search for your company name. Once you have selected the correct company name, enter your password to complete the login process. There is an option to send the password to the email we have on file if needed.

The deadline for early bird registration is February 20, 2025.


You can register for full conference exhibitor passes through your exhibitor portal. Full conference badges are not included with the exhibit package, and you will be charged according to membership status. A full conference exhibitor badge is required to attend sessions. The Exhibitor Full Conference pass will also give you exhibitor access to the hall for move-in and move-out.

Onsite Registration Hours:

You can pick up your badge onsite in F lobby during the following dates/times:

  • Wednesday, April 9: 10:00am-7:00pm
  • Thursday, April 10: 6:45am-3:00pm
  • Friday, April 11: 6:45am-3:00pm
  • Saturday, April 12: 6:45am-3:00pm


Housing

The primary contact for your company may register for badges and reserve hotel rooms through the Maritz Exhibitor Portal. If you would like to request a block of rooms, you will have the option to do so at this link as well. If you don’t book during registration, you can simply log back into the registration system and book a room at your convenience.

 

Discounted room rates are available for ONS Annual Congress exhibitors at the hotels listed online. Don’t wait to book…rooms fill up fast. ONS cannot guarantee rates and availability after the cut-off (March 18) when ONS room blocks may be released, and the hotel may charge a significantly higher rate.
