• Symposia sessions run concurrently but do not conflict with conference education sessions

This sponsorship package requires that the sponsor provide its own content. While ONS organizes and hosts ONS Congress as a whole, ONS does not provide or control, and is not responsible for, the content to be used for this sponsorship. That is the responsibility of the sponsor. 

*Symposia sponsors must provide food and beverage for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. F&B is not included in the symposia fee and is an additional cost.

**Symposia applications will be collected up until December 6, 2024. Applications collected up until that date will be scheduled based on a combination of priority points and date contract was received. After the schedule is set (mid-December), all remaining time slots will be available first come, first served. ONS will make every effort to accommodate your choice(s).

Applications collected up until that date will be scheduled based on a combination of priority points and date contract was received. The off-site Dinner Symposia can be held only during the designated dates and times and must be approved in writing by ONS.
