Digital Conference Coverage

Sponsorship includes sponsored content article to be provided by sponsor. two (2) digital advertisements (one placement along bottom of webpage, and one placement on side) and Banner Advertisement in four (4) emails that promote these articles - one email each day of conference (evening. Website Banner Ads run for 12 months (Congress to Congress)

Reach: 90,000 (ONS members and non-member contacts)

Average Open Rate: 17.65%

Specifications: 300x250 and 728x90 – website banner ads Article (400-500 words) should be educational and highlight information or activity featured at Congress. ONS reserves the right to edit it for both style and content.

 
 

Keynote Sponsorship

ONS Bridge Supporting Sponsor

Recognized as “Supporting Sponsor” in ONS Bridge Promotions including conference website, virtual platform and emails. Also recognized during opening remarks during each live day of the conference; sponsor may also give brief welcome remarks during opening video (optional for exclusive sponsor only).

Thank You Oncology Nurses Video

Reach ONS Bridge attendees as they learn more about oncology nursing certification, leadership development, career resources, advocacy efforts, and more.  These short non-NCPD videos will be featured in the on-demand library throughout ONS Bridge. ONS will promote them to members via attendee emails, the attendee guide, and social media. (Sponsor can select from available topics)

Specifications: Up to 30-second video, hosted online (link provided), or sent in MP4 file format. Video should be FINAL, no editing will be done by ONS. Must promote participation in conference (can use logo)

Deadlines: Varies by date – video must be submitted one week prior to scheduled run date

 
 

Custom Snack Boxes

Treat your event attendees, customers and prospects to their perfect snack. Attendees will receive an e-mail customized with your sponsor message (approximately 100 words) along with a redemption code to build a customized snack box delivered to their preferred address ($45 value). Snack site landing page will include sponsor logo. Sponsor can include insert in box (sponsor is responsible for printing and shipping) and can also include promo item for additional fee. ONS will promote booths/sessions that are offering Snack Boxes.

ONS Bridge 101 Session

One of the best attended ONS sessions every year “101” introduces attendees to the event. Sponsorship includes highlighting sponsor’s booth as an example of a virtual booth and recognition during the session. Recognition in communications promoting the session.

ONS Center for Innovation

In 2019, ONS launched the ONS Center for Innovation to guide the development of new resources, projects, programs, and applications for ONS’s existing products as well as the creation of new, innovative ones that meet the needs of oncology nurses—both now and in the future. Sponsor the ONS Center for Innovation to support oncology innovation!

Reach: ONS conference registrants plus all ONS members will have complimentary access to the virtual tradeshow post live event.

Virtual Networking, Breaks, and Happy Hours at ONS Bridge are designed to encourage attendees to associate your brand with meaningful connection, relaxation, and excitement — driving brand awareness and lead generation.

 

Coffee Break

1,000 attendees will receive a $5 Starbuck’s Gift Card via e-mail during live conference day. E-mail will recognize sponsor logo. Sponsor can also include a message in the redemption e-mail.

Walking Challenge

Support a healthy lifestyle and sponsor the Walking Challenge App (powered by Heka Health). Attendees will sign up to participate and can be entered to win a prize based on their final step count. Includes in-app branding and promotional recognition. ONS will also recognize sponsor in promotional emails and on the conference homepage.

Focus Group

ONS will work with you to convene a group of participants targeting your demographic to help your company gauge interest and promote services. ONS will coordinate the Focus Group during the virtual conference timeframe or agreed upon date in 2021. Attendees will receive a $100 gift card for participating, provided by ONS. Limited to 8-15 attendees per focus group.

Virtual Happy Hour – 30 Minute Mixology Demo

A fun and memorable opportunity to bring together colleagues near and far. A professional mixologist will provide a list of ingredients in advance and demonstrate recipes, tips & techniques live to make three cocktails while entertaining & engaging with the participants. Sponsor is invited to welcome attendees with brief introduction and join in the fun. Virtual Happy Hour – Sporcle Trivia

Sponsor a trivia happy hour on Zoom led by Sporcle. Up to 60 attendees can participate and will be broken out into teams of six. Attendees use the Breakout room feature of Zoom so they can discuss the questions and then the MC reveals the answers with the entire group. You have the option of assigning one staff member to each of the teams in order to network with attendees. Includes logo recognition and verbal recognition during the trivia event, as well as recognition in promotions.

Wellness Session

Support virtual conference breaks by sponsoring a self-care session for attendees. Opportunities for branding include adding the sponsor logo in the video and logo recognition on the session page. Option to include video message (45 second max) created and provided by sponsor. Option to survey attendees pre or post wellness break. Attendee contact list will be provided.

Reach: Open to all registered attendees live and on demand. Average attendance for Bridge sessions was over 300 attendees per session.
