The Exhibitor/Sponsor shall pay all fees when it submits its application. If the Exhibitor/Sponsor applies but fails to pay in full, the Exhibitor/Sponsor remains liable for all applicable fees. All sales are final, and fees are noncancelable and nonrefundable.
